emts
So I'm looking to do the ATC Goulburn Valley 500, this year Was wondering what suggestions people have to prepare for it? I would be entering Club, (unless drop a few stock parts back on to get me to Street) I take it one set of tyres should be enough. What else should I look at b4 then? thanks Martin Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/350948-atc-goulburn-valley-500-victoria/ Share on other sites
Darkside
If it s anything like the old Dutton rally Stuff (which I am guessing it is) you are generally restricted to one set of tyres. And this is normally enough anyway. Other ususal stuff... Brakes bled. (Hi temp fluid) Plenty of meat on the pads. (Decent track pads) Fresh fluids. Depending how excited you get about launching, make sure your clutch isnt on its last legs. If there is motorkhanas and you are proficient at hand brake turns, make sure your handbrake is up to the task. That should do it.
