They are:

17 x 9.5 +46

Tires on the 8.5 are 70% and on the 9.5 are 90%

nice wheels too bad they have such a big offset

Yeah, There not so bad depending on which car. IE on my 180 the rears would sit only JUST a bit in if you had 0 camber.

how come they are +46 offset with so much dish??? is there almost no backspace??

They have a small hub mounting surface, and dip into the dish slightly, also being wider rims meas that +46 isnt as bad as being on a 7 inch rim.
