the 350z shocks and springs in my 250gt sedan exactly replicates the "driving on bumpstops" sensation, this is in comparison to a previous car i owned which infact was on the bumpstops.

it is also important to note that i roll on 235-35-19's..... so there is no sidewall to absorb bumps either

it is shaking the crap out of my interior. have noticed a few new constant squeaks and rattles including centre console, left a-pillar and parcel shelf from the first drive with Zs fitted. most of the bouncing is now just me being thrown out of the drivers seat, and items in my boot getting airborne. and im no hoon, i only drive at 55. it is quite simply horrible

i really want to know if people have had personal experience rather than word of mouth.....

plenty of people say bmws are too expensive to own and fix, but i proved they were cheaper than holdens with a bit of know how

its not word of mouth.. its personal experience i read from the guys on g35driver forum

Might find you scored the track spec 350z suspension? It is firmer than the standard 350z stuff. Either that or get rid of the 350z springs and buy some eibachs they are the best springs for the money around imo.

Im running 350z track shocks with aftermarket springs and the ride is o.k its firm but not ridiculous.

What you are describing shouldn't be the case...I'm riding on 235/40/19. Either your shocks are dead or as explained above you got the track version.

aaaaaah! theres something ive overlooked! time to do some part number research. if thats the case, i'll be looking for non-track items. they definitely feel as though they would be more at home on a smooth racetrack than roads with manhole covers and speedhumps.

Research suggests I have the early 350Z setup with the stiffer rate rear springs. The later 350Z's have same fronts but softer rears, which would be better IMO.
