Weird Transfering Crease On Body After Shocks Done ?

Just had my front and back shocks done on my 33 and just notcied today that i have this crease that transfers from one side to the other on the body of the car just below the wheel arch really weird.

Would anyone out there have a clue what it could be? Could it be due to the shocks? just it's strange how it transfers to same spot either side of the car just below the wheel arch crease.

You mean creaking noise?? if so, either stock rubber bushes in the links are stuffed due to age, or suspension bolts being tightened when the cars weight was not on the wheels, as set out in the workshop manual. This causes the rubbers to be torn and they start making noise.

Or something is rubbing.

Also if you have urethane replacements fitted, they make noise if the lube gets washed out over time.
