R32 Hicas Power Steering Problem

hey guys, im abit stuck...

my powersteering pump shit itself the other day because the previous owner of my car decided to do a bodgy job on the p/s pump...

the rear outlet of the pump has been welded shut to stop the hicas from pumping, but it just built up with pressure and killed the pump... all the hicas in my car has been removed and i have a rear lock bar and that all works fine.. the problem is i dont know how to connect the rear outlet of the powesrsteering pump to the front (hicas outlet to p/s outlet) someone told me this is what i should do.. if anyone knows how to do it or help me out, it would be much appreciated.. thanks heaps!!

not too sure on where it bridges, it might be at the pump, but im pretty sure its at the hoses near the hicas solenoid onthe drivers side of the engine bay?
