you might find more problems putting another engine type in a GTR. The car has compliance for a RB26 not a RB20....I cannot think why you would want to do this.

May be if you elaborate further there may be other options.

You'd have to see if you could adapt the sump/4wd system to the rb20 you have. Obviously RB20's work with the 4wd (gts4) but exactly what is needed to be done to make it fit a gtr, and have the engine bay neat and tidy, could be a whole other story.

You could put a CA18DET in there if you wanted, just depends on how much time money and skill you put in.
