Hi all,

I am new to this forum . Having able to find only very little information about the Power FC on RB26 Djetro . I have such a unit for my R34 GTR V-spec . The unit is a djetro one and doesn't come with a map sensor. I read a lot of articles, there is no reason to convert the factory dual MAF to dual MAP sensor (according to the japanese installation manual) . Does anyone have any idea to reflash the unit into a normal ljetro version or can I just leaving the djetro to connect the two MAF sensors?

The d-jetro MUST have/use MAP sensors. That is how it is calibrated.

You either use:

l-jetro for MAF

d-jetro for MAP

There is no other way.

You cannot have a d-jetro working with MAF as your car stands now. It must have MAP plumbed somewhere.

I have looked but cannot find my source on paulr33.com.... Yet can the GTR PFC not be switched between D and L jetro?

I could have sworn id read this when looking at cross compatibility of RB26 PFC to RB20 and RB25...

no you cannot switch the sensor type on the powerfc

djetro is for map sensor only

ljetro is for airflow meter only

someone tried map sensors on ljetro version and it runs like ass

imho if you have djetro and dont want djetro, sell it and buy normal version
