Its getting fuel cause you can smell it all burn up when it finally starts. The starter motor seems to be all good to just seems like no spark but when its colder in the morning it starts first go ?? I was thinking to replace the spark plugs but im not sure as it starts when its cold maybe its an ecu thing still running factory ecu ! Anybody got any Ideas ????

could be a leaking injector, fuel pump dying, battery, alternator, loose wire on starter or maybe even temp sensor.

Best bet if you can is to swap or unplug stuff till you get a result. Dont go buying anything until you know for sure though, jus borrow off a mate or failing that I'm sure someone on this forum would lend you some parts. I have an old fuel pump and alternator lying around if you need. GL

In the R32, difficult to start after warm up, ie when engine is hot, can be:

Engine temp correction - check the engine temp sensor resistance value, and check the sensor output voltage.

Fuel pressure - try disconnecting the vacuum hose from the FPR, or clamp the return line.

Cranking speed - how good is the battery?

Probably similar in the R33.
