Had to put another mattress up behind the other car to hold the garage in place. Bloody thing was starting to move in and out by 10-20cm.

Im lucky my garage door is on the opposite side to where the wind is coming from, but the street lights are moving a fair bit and a tree just down the road looks like its struggling to hang on.

Its windy as f*ck here atm, I think where I am is one of the only suburbs in townsville that still has power, so i got pretty lucky.

Amazingly I have power this morning

All in all I came through fine. A bit of a damaged side gate (how it broke through the padlock I have no idea), wheelie bins weren't as secure as I thought and went for a little ride into neighbours yards, manhole in the garage shot up and that is about it.

Tully definetely suffered the worse in this whole thing.
