if this will fit my skyline then i'll grab it i cant find one that says it will fit an R33

This one is for Nissan's but to install it on r33 I believe there is abit of mods u need to do to the hand break.... But not 100% what they are but I know that it can be done.... Seen a fair few r33 with them installed....

it locks the handbrake in so you and lift and drop it without holding the button in all the time and it ratching and staying on if that makes sense?
