Hi guys

I'm here as the official forum voice of the upcoming TGL shows in Brisbane and Melbourne.

Any questions you have about the event format or ticket sales - I'm here to help!

In case you weren't aware, the Top Gear PROTOTYPE Live show in Brisbane is on March 3-6, and the Top Gear FESTIVAL is in Melbourne on March 11-14.

While Clarkson, May and Jacobson presenting the most complex Top Gear show ever may seem awesome enough, the 1.52km purpose built track at the heart of the Top Gear festival in Melbourne will blow your mind! There are even some familiar SAU pundits competing :)

I hope not... or Clarksons credability will take a huge drop among his enthusiest peers.

I love the show, but its got to be real. So if that means Real Ferrari's in a static display or pretend Ferrari's in a driving display, I'll take the static display any day.

Such fake car representation is worse than putting GTR badges on a GTS, or even chev badges on Commodores. The VW chassis'd R34 GTR they used in Fast & Furious 4 would fit right in if pretend cars are what TGL is going to be all about.

Indeed there are.

However, they are not businesses and they are not promoting - you unfortunately are.

So inline with forum policy, if yo wish to advertise/promote/trade/whatever, you are required to become a paying trader like all other businesses:

      The GTT probably only has the same little bag of tools that the R32 had, which contained useless pliers, a spanner or two, a screwdriver thingo, and the handle and crank stuff for the jack.

      UPDATE: Hi all!  As we are getting towards the end of this thread where I’ll showcase final dyno numbers and graph, I wanted to provide an update. Tao from HyperGear has done an amazing job building the custom divided T3 housing for the G30. Communication was flawless, price was great, and now the housing is estimated to arrive in 7-10 days! Very very pleased. I must add, if someone is looking for an affordable turbo and end up reading this thread, I would recommend HyperGear. Genuine brands are the way to go as their proven reliability, predictable performance, and there’s a plethora of information available for specs, flow, and more. This HyperGear recommendation is based on their excellent communication, dedication, and willingness to listen to their customers. I particularly liked their ability to create custom adaptations tailored to specific needs, which is a HUGE benefit over other brands. And if we consider the HyperGear provided dyno results, it adds reassurance knowing their turbos can compete against genuine brands. Next update will be after the dyno!
