Gt2860- Turbos

Hey Guys, i am getting some GT2860- turbos soon. just seen these oil/water lines on ebay to suit.

anyhow, need to know is this a complete kit, and is there oil and water lines running to each turbo and returning also? ie (4 lines)

what lines and how many of each are required per turbo on GT2860's? as i have never seen these turbos in my hand, just thought id guage some opinion first.

please explain

GT2860 what.. ? it's a lose reference to what could be many turbos, -5's, -7's, -10's.. or -9s (which are disco potatoes, the GTR specific -9 is a GT2859). If you current car is a GTR, then just use use the existing lines as long as the turbos are -5s, -7s, -9s or -10s

yeah as stated, use factory. do not go braided

ITS RB26DETT, and yeah im not sure what - (DASH) i am going yet that is why i didnt write that part, but using the stock lines is fine then, no need to upgrade then, whilst turbos are being changed?

il probably go N1's anyhow or equivalant.

IMO braided are not an upgrade.

they are a solution and have their place, mainly custom turbo mounting.

but you'll never beat steel lines for longevity and strength.

That kit is for one turbo though.

There is a GTR kit, which I bought on ebay for $120 but I am not going to use it. Just stick with the standard.

The fittings are crap and I am sure so are the line.

Unless your going to buy proper lines and fitttings (earls etc), which get very costly, don't bother.

yeah thanks guys. il just stick with the stockers. if they will do the job.
