DW about reporting spam by starting new threads etc.

We are seeing it and trialling a few "fixes" at the moment to try and get rid of it.

We generally see it every few days. I've had no decent internet (mainly using phone) of late so it's gone sometimes 3-4 days before being picked up etc.
