Hmmmm.. This 'Richard' dude has mentioned in a previous post on the forums claiming that he works for VicRoads.

He is either incredibly stupid to offer to abuse his position for profit, or he's talking shit on both counts.

If we take his claim to work for VicRoads as true, then we could be inclined to think he may actually be serious.. in which case I'm sure he wont be working for VicRoads much longer
