Sadly it isnt an rb. Have you seen one in the flesh, they stand about 150/200 mil taller than the good old rb engine. Would be a bear to fit in a skyline.

In saying that it could probably be done. I ran in to a guy with an xr6 turbo ford engine in a 33 a while back. They are a big engine too. Bonnet mods required.

ahhh damn. got excited. still pretty impressive hey. I have trouble enough fitting my IC piping under my bonnet let alone an extra 15-20cm. If you removed all ancillary components you would be able to fit it with some bonnet mods for sure.

R33 engine bay would be the biggest of 32, 33 and 34 ay?

I reckon you could do with amazing results. A soarer would be an ideal platform I reckon. Wheely bar for sure haha!

Believe me I dreamed about it. Even took to one with a tape measure.

Rough idea for ultimate RB(street)would be:

26/30 stroked to 3.4l (with all the usual bells and whistles:bigger stronger better everything.)

HKS V-cam

Highmount HKS twins that pull 600hp

(when i build mine, permitting im rich enough and stupid enough to buy the V-cam then i will have my ultimate RB aha).

Another idea is to compound twincharge an RB34 like oldmate with the red VL that had compound twincharge 25/30.

Keen to see this RB30 section become a whole lot livelier :D
