HI All,

Just seeing if there are any expressions of interest as I am thinking of selling my Holset turbo.

I bought it last year with a view to fitting it to my R33.

After some consideration I think I will pursue a different path.

It is an HX35 Internal Wastegate model Turbo. (includes wastegate actuator)

These turbos are in reasonable demand as they are a genuine alternative to large frame Garrett turbos. 'Ceffie' posted a thread on this board about these turbos and his experience running one on an RB30- power in excess of 300rwkw @ 1 bar of boost is typical.

So.. the details:

It has the 12cm' rear housing

4" Compressor inlet with anti surge porting

V-band Compressor outlet

Oil only, no water cooling.

Turbo has almost zero shaft play.

I have partly disassembled the turbo for inspection and it appeared to be in good shape, no corrosion or rust.

Turbine and Compressor wheels/ blades are in perfect condition.

Looking for around $350 for the turbo.

I can supply it assembled or disassembled.

I have attached some grainy iphone photos of the turbo fitted up to an RB25 manifold. Can supply more photos on request.

Cheers!

The build quality on this turbo is amazing. Every part of it is built with longevity in mind!

does it come with oil lines etc??

Turbo does not come with any oil lines.

Hey mate I'll take it at 170 shipped to melb that's about what they are worth

Thank you for the wisdom you have brought to this thread. I kindly reject your offer.
