C Pillar Covers

Hi Guys, I've just picked up a reasonably clean 97 S1 Stag, and while I've done countless searchs, I can't seem to find any info on removing the rear C Pillar Covers. Can anyone confirm if they just clip in or are they a bolt on item? The paint has faded a bit on my ones so I'd prefer to take them off the car to paint them rather than painting them in situ, but from the feel of them it would appear they just unclip?

Any suggestions from those that may have removed them in the past would be great, I REALLY don't want to break them!!

no idea on the covers but good luck. i'd suggest taking some trim off inside the boot, probably some fasteners in there.
