Pod Filter Louder Then Exhaust?

hello guys and girl, ill go straight to the point..iv got a HKS super drager exhaust on my r33 gtst and its really quite, not loud at all so i did some research and a few forums state that its not a loud exhaust. The problem is this exhaust is for a 240sx does that have any negative inpact on the performance side of things??

does anyone else have experience with this exhaust??

the exhaust is 3inch turbo back with a 4inch tip...

any help would be good

iif its free flowing this wouldnt be a problem.

but the fact that its so quiet raises the question of whether it may have restrictors in it to quieten the sound. which may effect your performance.

yeah that was my first thoughts..whats the easiest wat to find out if its got restrictors or anything?jack the car up and take off the exhaust??lol

the restrictors are usually from the cat back part(start of AM exhaust)

or in th mufflers. seeing as its a cannon, you should be able to simply look into it with a torch. but being HKS i would highly doubt they would put restrictors in.
