What is RON?

The 98 with 10% ethanol is only on one pump in my home town in NZ. Rest is 95 and 91. Is 95 not enough?

98 should not contain ethanol. Skylines are designed for the 98 fuel. The sticker on the lid says premium fuel only. 95 is premium so to speak but 98 is premiumer lol. Switch fuels

RON = Research Octone Number

I thought in Jap land their Premium is RON 98 & regular is 95...

In anycase if the car has being tuned for power then 98 (or higher RON fuel) is the only way to go.
