Front Lower Ball Joint Failure (Direver Side)

I have recently changed the front lower ball joint on the right hand side of the vehice which connext the contraol arm to the stub axle. I had a look around to find that ball joint to relace it, but not much luck. There was actually on on e-bay, which looked quite different to me (the original one and the one on e-bay look quite different).

I called almost every possible places in melbourne to see what the available options were. Nissan service said they would relace the whole stub axle which costs around $900. Then I found a second hand one (stub axle with the ball joint) and replaced the whole thing (costs $300).

Here is my concern, when I looked at the old stub axle and the bloody ball joint, It seems like there is no way you can relace the booth if it is the problem which was in my case. The boot was torn and leaking grease. Does anybody know any after market ball joint brand that will fit into this stub axle. I'm planning to sell it.
