Need Some Help

i didnt know were else to post so i did on here

but i need help my engines makin weird noise's sorta sounds like tappets but realy loud, not sure if it my cam shaft has gone or if it my tappets, how can i tell wats one ?

its under the rocket cover closest to the drivers side.

any one know ?

if u could show me wat they ment to look like aswell as wat there not ment to would help as well thanx for ya time
