No such thing in these heads, the aluminum head and the cam caps are the bearing journals.......not like your typical buick 3.8 v6 (boat anchor)

Measure the journals and check for wear, if in spec drop in new cams, if not get a replacement head or get the caps journals re-bored....

In simple english, RB engines dont have cam bearings.

The head and the cam journal caps act as the bearings. If they are worn out you will need to have the journals tunnel bored and may even be looking at a new head.

I'm a Skyline n00b fresh to RB engines.

How do I tell if the journals are worn or not?

forgot to add you must also top up the halogen headlight fluid when you do cam bearings and also replace the engines earth with some fresh stuff from a nursery. any potting mix will do to give it a really good earth.'
