A mate from work has a 180 Type X with a sr20det under the hood with a front mount intercooler. He wants to know if you can put a bov on the cold pipe under the battery plate. Most BOV's are on the hot pipe in the engine bay and he wants to hide it and stop all flutter coming out of the air filter.

Would be better to ask on NS or the Forced Induction thread, or even the Wasteland.

But for argument sake, If you look at the Skylines, they have the BOV on the cold side, ie after the Intercooler.

He also want's to know if 32R brakes will fit on a 180 type x?

if its 4 stud afaik he'll need to get s14 uprights, lca's and hubs. then 32 brakes will bolt right on.

i hear that on top of google, theres a website dedicate to nissansilvia's and such. maybe you could put that into google and find the info you need.
