Hey guys,

Wasnt 100% sure if this is the right place to ask, BUT!

I am wanting to swap my r34 GTR speedo out for a 320km/h one my friend has, to use on a track day as I dont want to watch my 180 stock speedo go around in circles when i go past 180

But what I wanted to know is if I swap this speedo, use it, then replace it back with the stock one after the day, will this void the stock speedo's digital kms in any way?

Because if it does I wont bother swapping it just for a day...Just to try keep the kms on the odometer genuine if that all makes sense?

Thanks guys comments appreciated!

yes it will void the genuine kms, as the km's you use on the track will clock up on the 320km/h cluster and not the original

- for example say ur car has 54,000 kms on its original cluster and you do 20kms on the 320km/h cluster, when you replace the original it will still read 54,000km
