ok i hope this is in the right section but here goes..

looking for someone willing to hit the park and do a lap or two now and then, maybe throw in some push ups and pad work.

i just started a boot camp style thing but its only twice a week and i need to do more, aiming to lose ten kgs which will drop at least a second and a half off my laptimes!

anyone nearby whos thinking about doing similar this thread is for u.. Pm me or call
