I purchased a cooling pro return flow stealth intercooler from just jap. After fitting it seems as if the top bracket has been welded too far to the right and if it was back one cm the fitting brackets would line up perfectly. But my main issue is that the intercooler fouls the top brackets for the reo, I am aware that I will need to mod the reo a little but to fit it In ATM I would have to remove the bracket. According to just jap you Need to Make your own brackets for the cooling pro coolers which doesn't make sense as why the brackets it comes with are a cm off, I took some pictures maybe someone can shed some light? Maybe I have installed it wrong? Thanks

most of the cheaper spec kits...require you to bend and twist and swear at the brackets to get them to line up unfortunatly....the only way i have noticed that it doesnt happen is when buying kits that are renowned for just being "perfect" (Blitz, greddy, Hdi), these kits will "bolt up"

I didn't mount mine in the top hole in the bonnet latch like you have. There is another hole 20-30mm down from there (on a 33 anyway).

Then invert your brackets at the bottom. Line up the intercooler with the bottom mounts, then zip tie / stainless wire / bracket work to make the top hole fit.

Just Jap Intercooler kits DON'T line up, never did. I did mine 2 weeks ago and it is the biggest pain in the ass- but once finished it is so good to look back and say, there, I'm so proud of doing that myself..! All my brackets were custom, the pipes never line up and I had to get an extra silicon elbow for 40 bucks from Autobarn that fitted.

I used the 'normal' kit not the return flow one, so had to drill a hole under battery tray.
