i been doing some research on suspension and come across that R33 handle best with 10mm rake that is 10mm more higher at front than at rear.

why is this so?

also would 350mm front and 340mm rear be god starting point when it comes to terms of handling and absorbing bumps etc

yep that is a good starting ride height for most track use, pretty close to what I ended up with (i guess different cars with different suspension and different driver feel leads to slightly different heights).

re the rake 10mm lower at the rear, I think that is just a relative measurement to make it easy for normal people. the height of the guard at the rear of the car is lower than the front, even stock. to work out the real rake you would have to model all the suspension i guess.

so as long as rear is 10mm lower than front it should be ok , i think SK said somewhere it would handle better with 10mm rake not sure

actually had it lower than 350f/340r and trying to make it more drivable and wear out tyres less , also need a camber kit.

whiteline bushes vs camber arms ? what you running Duncan

So generally you'd be looking at a nose-high attitude similar to a 2wd gravel rally car?

lol, the rear guard is a different height from the center of the hub to the guard than the front guard. so the 350/340 is just reference.

edit: the bush in the 33 upper arm is pretty big so no real dramas, mine has done 40+ super sprint days. they have just come out and put in another car, looked brand new (well, they were in good nic).
