Wow that is a full on turbocharger Bobby I just realised...76mm inducer and 102mm exducer that should be nearing a four figure hp output.

It's a 68.5mm inducer and a 102mm exducer trim 44 this comp wheel is for high pressure ratio I'd like people to copy this theory. Currently modifying a hks turbo for a friend I'll post some results I won't say for now what I'm doing to it once done I'll let people know a nice mod for hks Kai

Seriously thick walled wrist pins you've got there! They look to be at least 1-1.5 mm thicker than a standard pin.

I would have thought you would be using titanium rods too for the deck height you are running as well with this engine.

Is that a GT500 2.8lt crank?

Also, whats with the banjo fittings on the back of the head? External oil supply, rather than through a block restrictor?

Bobby, are the photos that you had of the head showing the water/air reliefs still on this thread? If not, can you post them up again please?

Looks great, like the red :) is that a anti-oil friction coating or it just looks cool?

Hi Ian,

John wanted the thickest wrist pin.

The rods are crower and this should be fine, and wont stretch.

Banjo fitting are the external oil supply that we can control how much we want in the head. Trevor the motor builder has said he wants to see more then std in the head.

Yes the crank is a Gt500 2.8L
