R33 4Dr Gtr Spoiler And R34 Gtt Rims

I have a GTR spoiler for a R33 4dr. I have had a good look at it and it isnt fibreglass so no idea if it is legit or not but is definitely not a cheap knock off. Not really sure what I am after for it as I have no idea what it would be worth but I know the fake copies are $300. I will consider offers above that.

And I have a set of 17in black R34 GTT's with NISMO decals, NISMO valve caps and gold D1 nuts. They have 2x near new 225/45 R17s and 2x good 235/45 R17s. I am interested in swapping them for R33 GTS rims in stock silver. They must have all 4 caps and 4 great tyres. I would also want cash adjustment my way.
