I am hiring for a 'Multimedia Production Assistant' role.

It is a 12-month contract - full-time position (with opportunity to extend).

I am posting here as my 2 choice applicants have both decieded to pull out a dodgy trump card at 'job offer' stage - and I'm rather keen to fill this role.

It is a semi-entry level position (recent graduate with 1-2 years experience) - and you will report to me

We are Thomson Learning Australia - an educational publishing company (ie: school books) and produce material for primary, secondary, lote, higher-ed, home-learning and Thomson corporate. http://www.thomsonlearning.com.au

The role crosses all 6-divisions of the company and is a pure multimedia production role. You will be using Acrobat, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Director - on both MacOS and Windows. This is NOT a design position (although basic design skills are required).

The job description is attached to this post.

Email me directly: [email protected] if you are interested.

Any chance the job could be offered to people in Brisbane? perhaps work from home?

I have a Cert II in interactive arts & multimedia from QANTM, I love working on computers and I am currently unemployed. im 19.

This is a flash resume site I made when I was 16 www.dstyle.cjb.net

also have 3 photochops recently put up for my photoshop skill examples...

So if there is anychance work could be sent down to do from here, say so on here and I will forward my resume and referance's.
