Picked Up My First Stagea Today

Hey sau,

Picked up my first stagea today, seem to be having a issue. When i park the car i go to the passengers side back wheel it has a strange smell. And when im taking off from a stop position it makes a strange noise. Kind of sounds like the differential to me but i cant figure out if it just needs oil or its on it way out...

mine did that, it was a seized hand brake cable. could even be the caliper..

feel the center of the wheel - see if it is noticeably hotter than the other side. could be as stated, a seized caliper or handbrake.

could also be failed wheel bearing.

thanks guys, loving the car at the moment i just hope nothing else is going to play up, purchased the car with 84,000km

have another query also.. what would cause the car to shudder/shake/vibrate at around 80km, im not braking at the time?

It is a rear wheel passenger side bearing. How much am i looking at for a new one.

shudder at km/h without braking would suggest you need to balance the wheels/tyres.

Or different rolling diameter tyres (perhaps simply due to wear) leading to ATTESA issues.
