Im selling it for a friend who had it wired up in an older car. You don't necessarily need the plugs to wire it in. Even if the plugs are there, a plug adaptor needs to be bought to install it. The timer is Japanese so instructions are useless, but the wires are easily identified. STILL FOR SALE!!

Not too sure what else its got. Never got told too many details about it. It is a older model, but I know it has a manual timer function adjustable from 10 seconds to 10 minutes, voltage display and maybe a temperature display + a built in stop watch.
