M35 Brake Upgrades

Sorry guys utst be looking in the wrong places as i know its been stated on here before. Im looking to see if the 350z is the upgrade for M35 standard rotors and pads. OFF THE SHELF. Do they swap straight over with the 35 calipers?

Also I note many have said the 350z Brembo's are a bolt on for M35,

Having said that has anyone actually tried and is it a simple bolt on bolt off process or are there other parts required.

I don't think they will work.....the R32's didn't.......but what's the need to upgrade....ours a single piston....and the brembo's are single piston!

They are a 2 piston... One either side.

I think the only rear option is Z33 Brembos or uprated pads/ slotted discs

From memory Danny put the Z33 brembo's on the rear of his car when he had it but he needed to fit spacers for clearance on his wheels and then he was rubbing the guards.

im option more for just pads and rotors not a full brake kit. I heard that they are a straight swap upgrade with the 350/370z touring?? can someonet please confirm this

yeh they are. v35 too.

i notice quite a difference with slotted rotors

Just bought a set of 350z brembo for the rear...rotor + calipers....$400 delivered from UK...did I do ok?

is there much of a performance loss if I use Brembo calipers with non brembo rotors/pads?

Is EBC the way to go for slotted rotors and pads? Redstuff? green?

Or get DBA/QFM stuff via sponsors on SAU?

EBC is shit compared to QFM.

IMO get the front brembos first and do it all at once.

rear brakes arent going to make to much difference, unlike the frons.

Ask zei201 were he got his if you want em....they fit up pretty easy just have to make a couple of extra bracket's.

you need M35 AWD brake lines. the RWD versions arent long enough and will foul the driveshaft and associated arms etc.

Maltech right? How much did it cost?

I dont think anyone has been down there to jig a set up, they said they would require my car for a couple of hours then anyone could order them. I never got down Geelong way to do it.
