Nissan skyline.R33 series 2 if that helps..manual. just finished installling front facing plenum. been offroad for 3months.

Iv been told it may be a sticky lifter. So iv used an engine flush & flushed the engine. put new oil and filter on. took it for a easy drive for 10mins or so. now its not as loud but more constant.

here is a longer video taken after new oil and flush.

Help would be much appreciated.

Will be taken it to a mechanic if i cant seek any help on SAU

Also noise comes from directly under coil packs..centre of the motor. if that helps.

do a compression test, ,.coil pack connectors on right way, .

A mechanic may be able to give some insight just from hearing it clearly, might be worth getting one to have a quick look?
