T70 = Too Big?

hey guys, ive recently bought my first skyline. list of mods but my query is whether the T70 its been fitted with is too big? it doesnt boost until high revs (4500 - 5000 rpm) ive had it dyno'd and it makes 274kw at the treads. thoughts are appreciated.

Typical old junket turbo.

A smaller 3071 would be on at least 500rpm sooner for the same power.

old school, probably a $500 special.......you will not get response from that one,have a look at the dyno thread and see what sort of response you would get with a decent better matched unit.
