Manifold Leak

So I've searched a few threads and decided that I have a leaking manifold. Fast ticking, metal vibration at certain revs and I can hear the air leaking when the motor is cold. So I figure I have a metal gasket that needs replacing somewhere. Due to the extremely loud induction noise it's making can I presume it is Iether the dump pipe exhaust manifold or could it also be the turbo manifold gasket?

could be manifold gasket, im guessing 32's are the same as 33's and have a habit of snapping exhaust studs, front 2 and rear 2 are the most common with the rear 2 being more common.
