Metal Bung In Blow By Pipes

was taking off a blow by pipe to trim up an end because it had slit. and found this inside? anyone tell me what this is in there for.

I have not looked at the standard system for a while....but I think there is a one way valve in the system from factory.

they've got them in the factory breather pipes. its just a restrictor.

Why would you want or need a restrictor in the breather lines?

Is that the PVC valve? it is a one way valve.

Should post a pic of where you removed the pipe from on the engine

Dont look any PCV valve ive ever seen...could be a one way valve though..

to minimise the flow of oil vapour going into your intake.

Is that the PVC valve? it is a one way valve.

its not a 1 way valve, you can see that it has a hole in the middle of it with no valve.

Dont look any PCV valve ive ever seen...could be a one way valve though..
