my hicas light came on today as i was driving on a straight road at about 80 kmh 10 mins straight driving.

i tryed the HICAS Diagnostic but it didnt work. is that because i took off my battary terminal and then put it back on and then tryed the diagnostic, does the battary termanl have to be on for a amount of minutes for the diagnostic to work. i take out my terminal because my alternator is recked, so every time i turn off my car i take out the terminal so the battary doesnt drian.
