making one is the cheapest way. just get a bit or 3" or 4" pipe with a bend in it, a 3" joiner, a 4"-3" reducer (turbotech sells these) and a couple of fittings for pcv and BOV return. if you drill the right size holes and seal it up properly you dont even need to weld the bungs in (depending on the material of the intake pipe)
