Hey guys johnny here

I just want sum feed back from any one who have used BC ER series coilovers are they any good ?

I have a r32 gts rb25 neo looking to make it a w.e cruiser / possibly daily driver / drag car

Any suggestions for other brands would be great! And prices

Also on my list is a r33 turbo 5 stud conversion, what are the parts that I will require to do this? And how much are they?

Thanks Johnny

All depends on what your budget is man, my daily Crx has J's racing coilovers and they are stiff as fwak, 20kg, 18kg springs. I assume the BC is something like 8kg 6kg? BC are getting quite popular as they are bang for buck, and I haven't seen anyone give bad points about them thus far. They are rebuildable in OZ too. Personally I'd opt for Tein Mono Flex if your budget allows

what's your budget? if you want the "BEST" coil-overs for a R32 you'll be looking at around $8K per corner (around $30-$35,000 for a full set-up). but somehow I don't think that's what you're after. There are good packages at $2,000 and great ones around $4,000-$5,000. and there are plenty of cheap nasty ones too.

My budget is 1,800 - 2,000 so can sum one point me in the right direction. What is my best bet with this price range

And what parts do I need for the r33 det 5 stud conversion

Have a look at silk roads, can get them for about that or less depending on the dollar. I run them and have no problem with them as well as a few other people i know.

If your going to use it as a cruiser/daily/ drag car then coilovers might not be the best solution

for your budget probably the best option is a set of bilstein shocks (with the circlip type height adjustment) and a set of matched springs (eibach most likely). in sydney heasmans would be the place to go and I'm sure they ship to melbourne too.

they are a good set-up for the under $2K mark.
