R33 Window Motor

hi guys just wondering if any one knows some one or has a drivers side r33 (1994) window motor. this is the second one i have gone through and second little black box relay as well if anyone could through us a hand that would be great.

I have a window motor in brisbane, its currently in a smashed '33 door. It should work but i haven't tested it due to the fact the doors busted. I canabilized the relay box for my '32 though.

Are you sure its the motor and relay going at once? that sounds a bit strange.

the black box went a few months ago and i replaced that then this second motor seems to not be working i removed it then tested it with a 12volt battery and had no movement so im now assuming that the motors buggered this was a second hand one i replaced a year ago as well. i was also advised it may be:

the soldering in that black box

control switch

not enough grease in window moving parts and motor is over straining

if i replace the motor and still no action of staying down like it is now i will have to get another switch. draining the cash though already spent 260 on fixing it.

You can hook up 12 volts to the motor to see if it goes up in down so you can rule in/out that. Had it setup with a plug into the lighter socket to move the window up when it finally got stuck down.

yeh you might be right mate has a wreaker told me it may be the switch as i told him it sounds like it is always on so i think ill replace the switch then see what happens. get the car back from the spray painter tomorrow.
