sorry haven't been on lately, been swamped with work and haven't even had a chance to scratch myself, anyway, going to be doing some work on my car to let it run a little better in the next week or 2, and am looking at replacing the spark plugs as one of the items in question, now i will be getting the ngk platinum plugs, however, i am not sure on which ones to get, there is standard ones and ones that are one step colder, they are both the same price but i am not sure of the pros and cons between them.

any help would be good, thanks

unless you plan on doing drags and weekly trackdays i suggest just stick with the copper plugs, they are so much cheaper and replaced every 5,000kms, whereas plat are replaced every 10-15k?, and the cost difference is pretty big. Unless you don't mind spending that kind of doe

But my opinion, plats aren't worth it unless you can afford to do it every 10thou

NGK coppers are good for 10,000

platinum/iridium won't last any longer in an RB anyway as they'll just foul up.
