Dude, you're trying so many franchised places, get out a little!!!

Han's Cafe is alright but go to Chinatown, may be stupidly and ridiculously small compared to the one in Sydney but you'll manage to find decent Chinese there. As for Japanese, the one that got the car driven into it, whichever one is on Murray Street, that one is decent.

Good luck finding eat out food in WA better than NSW. I've just moved over to NSW and can't believe how much cheaper, tastier and more generous the servings are here!

Again, not Chicken Schnitzel, but for Jap, I try to go to Momiji Japanese in Belmont. Doesn't look much, but huge feeds at a good price, and taste great.
