dunno if my unit is faulty, but tonight going from redline 1st gear into 2nd i still get this odd spike which equals to lag between gear changes at high rpm

tried lowering my Gain to 15%, and Set Gain to 70 (7psi) but still does it ever to slightly

may need to turn gain down further? i never had this problem up until late (when i started mucking around with the gain and set settings) i did have them higher so it would hold boost better but im finding myself lowering and lowering these settings to avoid this spike :S

anyone else getting or had this prob ?

My profec b is doing as the op says. I know it is a bump but I need help. It was fine then I fitted a new turbo with new actuator and now hi low is blinking and it's not in setup mode... what can I check?

No amount of car restarts fixed it but unplugging both cables in the back of the unit and plugging them back in fixed it.

i had enough of my old profec so i bought a brand new one last week, my old one was bought second hand when i first bought the car

fixed my boost spikes and lag....now it only drops 1.5psi at redline which is pretty good

Well done buddy. Glad u finally got it sorted. 23 psi boost spike between gears was a bit hectic

my hi/lo words flash as wll just like OP and sargrx8, will try unplugging and see how it goes.

also my EBC reads higher then whats reading on the dyno (3-4psi higher), does this indicate that the EBC is faulty?
