Hey hows it going, i got a R33 GTS-t S2, which is currently tuned on a SAFC i got full exhaust except dump pipe, front mount, apexi afc and pod filter so just the usual mods its currently tuned for 12psi and 98 octane.

Now i recently got it tuned and it feels much better and responsive and ive experienced better fuel economy however, i did have a rough idle which i fixed with a set of spare coil packs lying around and i had some miss fires in the 4-5k rev range which was solved with the change of coil packs.

But i have this problem every time im on the free way cruising at a 100 when i open up the throttle a little it has this sort of hesitation to go and sort of feels like sometimes its loosing power now im not sure what would be the cause of this problem as i have no air leaks or anything and i don't experience it cruising under a 100 or planting it over 100.

But just roughly when staying at a certain rev over 100 or at a 100 and open the throttle up a tiny bit it has that tend of hesitation. Now could this problem be due to the coil packs still or would it be worth while to invest in some split fire coil packs or could this down to another problem.

I got another question what color should the transmission oil be and roughly at how many intervals should you change it.

Yours Truly,

Nick

By transmission im guessing u mean automatic. It should be red. Or still have a red tinge to it. If it smells burnt and is getting dark or black then u might have issues.

Servicing shoukd be done every 60000 or when required by condition of fluid.

The freeway issue sounds like a small problem with the tune.

Try it in a lower gear. Sit in 3rd at 3000rpm or what ever ur car sits at on the freeway. And see if it happens.

Might be rpm related
