Stock R34 Turbo???

hey guys we were putting an r34 turbo on my car yesterday and when we were putting it on we compared it to a smashed one we had off a front cut my mate had, the smashed one had a 2 cm exhaust housing while the one i got had a 5cm?

and on the exhaust bit on the smashed one there was 2 letters then A and on mine there were 2 letters and D.

anyone have any ideas coz it was still a ceramic wheel but was alot bigger for some reason and they both came off neo 6's.

From what i have heard the exhaust housing with is a different size. Not much of a difference but abit.

so some r34's came with different sized exhaust housings on the turbo's?

i believe they came with a different exhuast housing as compaired to the r33's i think the reason was for a better turbo spool..but yes the exhaust housing should be abit different.

ok i dunno if u get what im saying but im asking if some r34's have different sized exhaust housings

not 32 to 34

like we had 2 34 turbos that were different

i think wat Redline is tring 2 say is that

some r34 turbos came with differenet sized exhuast housing,

oh ok, i just thought it was really wierd, like u had an option of what turbo u wanted on ur car

dont think it was like that bretto, think it was like as new yr (model e,g s1 or s2) the improve the turbo

yeah ok, its just interesting coz the exhaust housing was more than double

eh i got the bigger one so i aint complaining
