R33 Gtr Fixing Damaged Front Lip (Plastic)

Hi,

Im going to give my mate a hand with his front lip on the week on his r33 gtr but im wondering what do we need to fix it.

Basicually the r33 gtr factory front lip has been painted and most of the paint has cracked or come off so we just want it simple so we were thinking of sanding back the lip and just spraying it matte black/satin black.

i have a ruff idea on what we need but i thought i would ask the experts.

this is what i had in mind

- plastic repair kit of somesort

- plastic primer

- matte black with a clear

- 600 grit sandpaper

- 1200 grit sandpaper

your thoughts?

u wont need a plastic repair kit if it is only the paint that is cracked... Otherwise looks the goods. Mask the bumper with tape n news paper and get a nice straight line on the lip with no overspray (if you take the bumper off- reccomended...)

i plan on just unscrewing the bottom lip and putting it across two chairs.

there is ruff bits under the lip you think its worth sanding and trying to get a smooth edge?
