you want to install an aftermarket tacho or boost gauge and have it only light up? :S

Or are you talking about a turbo cluster with the stock boost gauge? if so it will light up anyway....... I seriously hope that is what you meant

y the hell would you want to do this????

seriously i hate people that get all these useless gauges just for looks.

Do you have stickers of brands you dont have up the side of your car also?

i bet your the kinda guy who puts on veilside body kits and thinks it helps with your cars aero dynamics along with a 20 foot drift wing

You should be able to gain the power required with a 1.2 jiggawatt flux capacitor.. But to ensure you have no problems i would look at also attaching a GTR badge... They stablise the force allowing you to get to a constant 88mph

Can you wire a turbo gauge or tacho so that they only light up without being connected to the engine, because its a n/a and is there for only looks??

Also will that have any effect on the battery and engine or vice versa????

dont do it man, it will eat away at your block and cause a colossal engine failure, i would know, i did it to my VN

Mohsen is right. It creates cavatation within the cooling system. Every time your tacho lights up, the oxygen particles in ur cooling system colapse rapidy causing extream wear to the walls of the water galleries.

A way around this problem may be to disconnect your brake booster and go for a high speed drive. Let us all know if this solves your problem.

And if you are in dick smith asking about the power seperating flux capacitor you need to ask them for a blue one. The blue ones contain a more stable anti protein. Nissans respond better to this type of flux capacitor

I LOLD. Sig Worthy!

No idea why on earth you would even want to do this, beyond the fact that it would essentially be a non functioning ornament.
