need help on translation

can anyone please help me with these basic things i need translated for

a speech about myself

1)i live with my mother, step father and older brother.

2) i like to eat tempura

3)i like to surf and hang out at the beach

any help would be awesome, i have a rough idea, but its the sentence stucture that s**t's me. thanks chris :wavey:

1。ore wa okaasan to stepfather to aneesan to isho ni sundeimasu. Dont know word for step father, never met a person in japan with step father so dont know how to say sorry.

2. Tempura o taberu koto ga daisuki desu. - i love to eat tempura

3. umi de saafin ya tomadachi to asobu koto ga yoku yateimasu. Or u can change yoku yateimasu for ga suki desu. yoku yateimasu just means "you often do". If its for school i think they prefer something like - Umi de saafin o shitari, tomadachi to asondari no ga suki desu.

Sorry my japanese is very casual, but this should be of some use.

"If you can read this sign, then I want your number" and "My owner is sexy" maybe I wanted it to read "My owner is single" but I din know how to say it.

if you used sagashiteiru instead of sexy it would be a lot more understandable to japanese I reckon, while being ambiguous (or however u spell it)

Even better for the phone one is (coz its shorter and more slang)

Oi! Omae! kono sign yomeru nara, bango chodai! - {NB busu iranai}

Very direct and and almost bousou like! use this type of Japanese in shinjuku and you will be Nanpa King! lol

well, guys, would have been nice to challenge the young man, rather than do his homework for him!

afaik, 'stepfather' isn't common usage in japan (stepmother is- mamahaha), but you can use: mamachichi

gekisouzoku's spot on - but in this context I definitely wouldn't use 'ore' - stick with watashi

nah, I don't have any problems with ore - indeed, I hear it most from 16yo's anyway, but if we are going to do his homework, let's not potentially lose him any marks!

jikoshoukai + ore = bizarre, IMO, at least in a school speech

hey thanks for all your help i got a 9 out of ten so i was happy.

gekisouzoku i used what u gave me but i changed ore to boku to make it a bit prouder.

If you have time change boku to watashi coz in japan boku is similar to saying otaku - which is geek (not sure about this but what i understand from the kanto region)
