Bnr34 Transmission Problem

Don't know if anyone else have the same experience. My BNR34 transmission is acting kinda weird. For example, when the car is dead cold, it's hard to shift into first gear, it's not impossible but just need more effort to put that into first. and the shifter does not return automaticly to the very center part of neutral either after I pull the shifter out from first or second. However there is no so such a problem if I take the shifter out from 5th. It'll return to the dead center of where the neutral is. This situation will not persist after driving for let say 5 mins. Already changed the tranny fluid but the problem still exist. What could be wrong? wore bushing, mount around/inside the transmission?

Was ATF fluid used when you changed the fluid?

you've had the clutch changed recently right?

this usually happens with heavy Duty clutch's dont know why but the car needs to be warm for them to work properly
